How Do I Use This Site?

Welcome to AWindOfChange.Com! We have created an online store for
you that is fast and easy for you to find what your looking for. AWindOfChange.Com
uses image buttons and quick links to connect you directly to the items you want without having to sort
through the things you don't. To navigate through our site you will need to click on a text quick
link listed on the upper left hand side of the viewed page, or an image link listed on the right.
Image links will direct you to specials and featured items that AWindOfChange.Com has while the text links
will take you directly to the entire product listing of the respective items. For instance, clicking
a special image link on Buggies may take you to the featured buggy only, while clicking the text link on Buggies
would take you to a listing of all buggies offered by AWindOfChange.Com.
Click on the link labeled "View
our product catalog" to load our entire listing of every product offered by AWindOfChange.Com and buy directly from our catalog
for fast, easy, purchasing.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with AWindOfChange.Com is easy! Your browser will need to be
able to support 128 bit encryption. 128 SSL encryption is a standard of today's internet and offers
the highest security available, it's even used by the United States Government for security. Most
browsers are fully compatible with this type of encryption. If you receive an error message saying
that your browser is not compatible with 128 bit encryption, you may need to contact the manufacturer of your
browser to see if your browser can support 128 bit encryption, also check to see if the 128 bit encryption
has been enabled in the settings of your browser controls. In very rare instances you may have to
update your browser to the latest version.
To place an order with AWindOfChange.Com, the item you are
wanting to purchase will have an "Add to cart" button, clicking that button will add that item to
your "shopping cart". Feel free to continue shopping if you want other items, just click on
their own "Add to cart" button to add those items to your shopping cart as well. An
accumulative total will appear in your shopping cart along with a detailed list of all the items you have
added. When you're finished shopping, click the "Checkout" button at the top of the page
to head to the secure checkout area. Once you get to our secure checkout area, you can confirm or
delete the items in your shopping cart, register or login (if you have not already done so), enter your
payment information, shipping instructions, and confirm your final purchase amount. After you
complete your purchase you will receive an e-mail reply confirming your order and giving you information on
how to track the shipping of your order. The just sit back and relax until your products arrive at your
doorstep.

How do I register?

HERE. Carefully fill in all the required information and you will

Is my personal information safe?

We make our money by offering our customers the best products, the best service, and the most information.
We DO NOT make our money by selling, sharing, renting, trading, or allowing access to your personal
information for e-mail lists, mass marketing companies, or survey companies. We use "Secure Socket Layer"
(SSL) 128 bit encryption, the BEST encryption available today, to make sure that your private information
stays out of unwanted hands and is as safe as it can be.
AWindOfChange.Com also takes a hard line
against SPAM (unsolicited E-mail) and will NEVER send you anything you don't request and

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you are not required to register to buy from us.
By not registering you may be missing out on valuable specials and personalized shopping options.
We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up just
a few minutes of your time. Registration is safe and secure, all of your personal
information will be stored in our database on our secure site. This will save you the trouble
of entering this information for every purchase you make from us. Registration will also
give you full access to all of the features AWindOfChange.Com has to offer, including latest products,
special discounts, coupons, and promotions. AWindOfChange.Com will never share your personal
information with anyone and you can cancel your registration at any time.

Can I have a different billing address and shipping address?
|

Yes, you can have your order shipped to a different address than your billing address.
If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address, you must
specify the ship-to address when you go to our "checkout" section. Please check the information
close to make sure the it is correct, once the order is shipped, it cannot be changed. AWindOfChange.Com uses
"High Security Address Verification" for all credit card orders to help minimize credit card fraud. Your
billing address must be the same address as your credit card statement. AWindOfChange.Com
reports all credit card fraud to the proper authorities.

What is your policy for returns or damaged merchandise?
|

Our Returns Policy:
Basically, if there is a problem, call or e-mail us and we will do whatever possible
to make sure you are happy with your purchase and our store. We are a solid brick & Mortar store and base our success on our customers
and thrive on providing the best customer service anywhere!
We inspect every product and make sure our products leave our
warehouse in first class condition. Please double check
your order upon checkout to make sure the items you are purchasing are correct. If you are totally unhappy about your purchase,
we will make every effort to get you satisfied. If you are unhappy and want to return your product, we will accept it as long as
it meets the following conditions:
The product must be in brand new condition without any wear, damage, dirt or blemishes.
The product must be in its original factory packaging and condition.
The product must not be flown or used in any way.
You must contact A Wind Of Change in advance and discuss your return before returning the item to our store.
A Wind Of Change reserves the right to make final decisions on any product being returned.
A Wind Of Change reserves the right to either exchange or refund the purchased product.
Shipping charges and fees can not be refunded.
Once the kite has been flown, the sale is final and no exchange or refund will
be accepted. All custom orders are final and cannot be returned for any reason regardless of circumstance. If an item
was damaged during shipment, we will exchange that
item for the same item only. All claims for damaged items must be made within 24 hours after you receive your shipment
in order to receive an exchange. Any damaged items caused by shipping must be filed with the shipping company before
AWindOfChange.Com will replace such items or before AWindOfChange.Com will issue any form of in store credit. We will issue
you a store credit if we cannot replace your item. AWindOfChange.Com offers NO CASH REFUNDS for any products, regardless
of condition. Any expense involved in the return of any item is the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be
refunded by AWindOfChange.Com. AWindOfChange.Com will not accept any returned items unless first agreed upon by
AWindOfChange.Com in writing. Please phone or e-mail all damaged claims immediately to AWindOfChang.Com.

What forms of payment do you accept?
|
|
AWindOfChange.Com accepts cash, all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card,
Discover, and American Express, and Paypal online payments. We do not ship C.O.D. In the future, other forms of
online payment options but unfortunately we do not have that option at this time. We do not accept checks of any kind including
cashiers checks and money orders.

Do you ship C.O.D.?

AWindOfChange.Com does not do C.O.D. shipments.

How soon do you ship and what carriers do you use?
|
|
All "in-stock" items are usually shipped within 24 hours upon verification
of credit card information and in most cases, will be shipped on the same day as the order is completed.
You will be informed via E-mail on any item that can not be shipped due to back-order status or other
misfortune. All items that are "not in-stock" will be shipped from their
point of origin, usually within 24 hours as well. In some cases, the manufacturer may not be able to ship
the item you are requesting within 24 hours, in that instance, you will be informed via E-Mail of the status of
the product(s) and their expected shipping dates. All "out-of-stock" items are not gauranteed by AWindOfChange.Com.
Shipped items will usually take from 5-10 business days to arrive unless express or overnight shipping
has been requested. AWindOfChange.Com uses trackable carriers only for quality control purposes, these
carriers include UPS, FedEx, and USPS. You can specify the delivery method you wish to use in our "Order
Checkout" section. All orders recieved after 12:00 PM pst will be processed on the following business day.
Any orders recieved on Friday after 12:00 pm will be processed on the following Monday. We do not process orders on holidays.
Any order placed on a holiday will be procesed on the following business day.

Do you ship overnight or express delivery?
|
|
Yes, for an additional charge AWindOfChange.Com can get your order to you overnight
or express delivery. All overnight or express delivery orders must be placed with AWindOfChange.Com by
12:00 NOON PST to insure overnight shipping can be met. All overnight or express shipping orders
received after 12:00 NOON PST will be shipped the following day. All orders received after 12:00 noon PST on Friday will be
shipped on the following Monday. We do not ship orders on holidays, please take this into consideration before placing
your overnight or express order. Overnight or express delivery is only available on items that are currently in-stock, any item that is not in-stock
will be shipped overnight or express delivery as soon as it becomes available. AWindOfChange.Com will
inform you via E-mail on any item that is requested overnight or express delivery and is not in-stock.
